Do you fabricate the entire system, or just the straight duct?
We fabricate 100% of the mechanical system. From straight rectangular and spiral runs to the most complex custom offsets, transitions, and welded grease ducts. You do not need to split your purchase orders between multiple shops. We are a single-source fabrication partner.
What happens if there’s a field emergency and we need a replacement piece ASAP?
Job sites are unpredictable. If a forklift crushes a piece of duct or a field change requires an immediate offset we activate a priority rapid response protocol for our active partners. Call your dedicated project manager and we will fast track emergency fittings to keep your crew moving.
What file formats do your detailers accept for quoting?
For the fastest and most accurate clash detection and quoting we prefer CAD files like DWG and DXF or Revit models. However our estimating team is fully equipped to perform detailed takeoffs directly from standard PDF mechanical blueprints.
Do you offer field installation services?
No and that is strictly by design. We are purely a fabrication facility. We never bid on installation work which means we never compete with our own mechanical contractor customers. Our sole mission is to supply you with the highest quality metal so your field crews can be more profitable.
