Engineered for Installers to Slash Shop Floor Assembly Time

We know that cheap enclosures ultimately cost you more in wasted shop-floor labor. That’s why every ShincoFab distribution board is specifically engineered to eliminate the daily frustrations of panel wiring, mounting, and grounding.

Maximize Internal Wiring Clearance

We engineered these enclosures with deeper internal profiles and optimized DIN-rail clearances to provide the mandatory bending radius for heavy-gauge conductors. This guarantees your components fit a true physical 12-way layout instead of just working theoretically on a CAD screen.

No-Burr, Precision Knockouts

Struggling with misaligned knockouts wastes time and ruins tooling. Our cable entry points are CNC-punched for clean, burr-free removal that won’t distort the gland plate or slice your cable insulation during pulling.

Captive Hardware & Bulletproof Earth Continuity

Failed continuity tests halt production. We weld heavy-duty, stainless steel captive earth studs that won’t strip or shear off after two turns of a wrench. Guarantee your bonding and grounding inspections pass on the first try, every time.

Removable Doors & Modular Backplates

Designed for true one-man installation. Utilize our quick-release hinges to effortlessly remove the heavy door. Wire the backplate flat on your workbench, and simply drop it back into the enclosure without fighting the hinges.

Complete In-House Fabrication for Absolute Quality Control

We don’t outsource your enclosures to the lowest bidder. From raw sheet metal to the final powder coat, every step happens under our roof. This means strict quality control, predictable lead times, and fabrication that strictly adheres to your CAD drawings.

High-Tolerance CNC Laser Cutting and Punching

We process raw sheets with tight tolerances down to +/- 0.05mm. Whether it’s standard dimensions or complex geometric cutouts, the edges are laser-clean, ensuring your internal components align perfectly every time.

Highly Repeatable CNC Press Braking

An out-of-square box is a nightmare for panel alignment. Our CNC press brakes guarantee exact, repeatable bending angles. The result? Doors that close perfectly flush, hinges that align without binding, and a perfectly square back-box.

Continuous TIG and MIG Seam Welding

Cheap enclosures use intermittent spot welding—a leading cause of structural failure and water ingress. We utilize continuous seam welding (TIG/MIG) to create a rigid, unibody structure that guarantees your NEMA and IP ratings hold up under pressure.

Factory-Prepped Custom Component Cutouts

Stop modifying painted boxes on the shop floor. Send us your CAD files (DXF/DWG/STEP). We will pre-cut all HMI displays, push-button layouts, and ventilation louvers at the factory. No more grinding, no more ruined paint, and zero metal swarf (shavings) contaminating your clean assembly area.

Certified Manufacturing That Eliminates On-Site Inspection Risks

A failed safety inspection or a stalled project due to non-compliant enclosures is not an option. We maintain strict, documented quality control processes so you can specify our enclosures with absolute confidence and zero liability worries.

Industrial powder coating process in a certified manufacturing facility

Engineered for UL 508A Standard Compliance

Your internal wiring might be perfect, but a non-compliant box will fail the entire panel. Our enclosures are built to meet or exceed UL 508A standards for construction, metal thickness, and grounding, ensuring your final assembly passes its UL evaluation seamlessly.

Fully Traceable ISO 9001:2015 Manufacturing

Complete traceability from raw material to final shipment. If you need Material Test Reports (MTRs) for your project documentation, we have them readily available.

RoHS Compliant Materials and Finishes

Manufactured using environmentally compliant, lead-free, and toxic-free materials and finishes. Fully clear for deployment in European markets and stringent eco-regulated facilities.

100% Documented Outbound Quality Inspections

We replace subjective visual guessing with measurable data. Every single enclosure undergoes rigorous structural and weld integrity inspections. The powder coating thickness is then verified using digital mil gauges to ensure it meets the strict 60 to 80 micron standard before final packaging clearance.

Form Factors Engineered for Your Specific Application

Don’t compromise by forcing a standard indoor box into a specialized environment. Choose the form factor specifically engineered for your deployment requirements.

Stop Modifying Off-the-Shelf Boxes. Let Us Build It Right the First Time.

Field modifications destroy IP ratings, ruin powder coats, and waste hours of expensive labor. Send us your CAD files (DXF/STEP). We will factory-cut every HMI, push-button, and ventilation hole to exact tolerances before the final finishing process. Zero metal swarf. Zero compromised seals.

Frequently Asked Questions

We know you don’t have time for marketing fluff. Here are the direct answers to the most common technical and procurement questions we receive from panel builders and OEMs.

Do your enclosures maintain their IP rating after the knockouts are removed?

Yes, provided standard IP-rated cable glands are used and properly torqued. Because our CNC-punched knockouts are completely burr-free, the gland’s O-ring can seat perfectly flat against the bare metal. This ensures a watertight seal and prevents any capillary water ingress.

We never apply powder coat directly over bare steel. Every mild steel enclosure undergoes a rigorous 5-stage iron phosphate pre-treatment wash. This microscopically etches the metal for maximum paint adhesion and creates a stable, rust-resistant barrier. For extreme marine or high-chloride environments, we strongly specify our SS316L stainless steel enclosures.

Absolutely. We highly encourage First Article Inspection (FAI) prototypes for custom OEM designs. We want your panel builders to physically mount their components, verify wireway clearances, and approve the fitment. Once you sign off on the prototype, we lock the CNC parameters for the full production run, guaranteeing zero dimensional drift.
