Frequently Asked Questions
Navigating international manufacturing involves more than strict metal tolerances. It demands absolute supply chain security. Sourcing precision electronics components overseas carries inherent risks ranging from IP vulnerability to transit damage. We do not hide from these realities. Before you upload a single CAD file, review our strict operational protocols below to see exactly how we secure your data, guarantee international transit safety, and ensure a seamless partnership.
How do you protect our proprietary CAD files and electronics designs?
We operate under a strict, blanket Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) policy from day one. All CAD uploads (STEP/IGES) are processed on secure, encrypted servers. Your intellectual property never leaves our engineering department.
Can you handle custom packaging and international shipping for large server racks?
Yes. We don’t let precision sheet metal get destroyed in transit. We provide custom wood crating, anti-static (ESD) wrapping, and moisture-barrier vacuum packaging for ocean or air freight. We offer FOB or CIF terms and coordinate directly with your freight forwarder to ensure smooth customs clearance.
Do you offer Design for Manufacturability (DFM) feedback before production?
Absolutely. Every RFQ includes a free DFM review. Our engineers analyze your prints for bend relief issues, collision risks during CNC folding, and optimal hardware insertion points. We catch design flaws before they become expensive tooling mistakes.
