We leverage our logistics partners to ship the secured parts to your destination port or facility. You handle the final import clearance and duties.

DDP

What happens if my parts arrive damaged or out of tolerance due to rough ocean transit?

It depends on your chosen Incoterm. If you select DDP, we hold 100% of the liability. We will remake and expedite the parts at our cost. If you select EXW or FOB, our liability ends at the freight hand-off. However, because our geometry-specific secured packaging comes standard on every order, the physical risk is heavily mitigated before the shipment ever leaves our dock.

If I choose the DDP delivery model, are import duties and tariffs \*actually\* included?

Yes. A true DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) quote means the price we give you is your final landed cost. We coordinate with our logistics partners to clear customs and pay the import duties on your behalf. There are no sudden freight adjustments or hidden tax invoices weeks after delivery.
