Do you offer NEMA or IP-rated enclosures for outdoor use?
Yes. We design and fabricate enclosures to meet NEMA 3R, 4, 4X or IP65/66 standards. We understand the critical need for sealing against rain, dust, and ice. While we do not self-certify, we build strictly to these specifications using proper gasketing, seam welding, and compression latches to ensure your electronics stay dry.
What is the typical tolerance for your sheet metal parts?
Our standard tolerance for laser-cut features is ±0.005″. For CNC bending, we typically hold ±0.010″ to ±0.030″ depending on the material gauge and part length. If your kiosk requires tighter critical dimensions for screen fitment, please highlight these in your drawing for a feasibility review.
Can you handle the final assembly (integration), or just the metal fabrication?
We are a turnkey manufacturer. We don’t just ship flat parts. We can:

No, we are a custom contract manufacturer. We do not have a warehouse of “ready-to-buy” kiosks. We build specifically to your design or help you engineer a new design from scratch based on your components.
How do you handle shipping large, heavy kiosks?
We custom-build crates and pallets to ensure safe transit. We can ship fully assembled units on skids or flat-pack them to save on freight costs, depending on your final assembly preference.
Which material should I choose for an outdoor interactive kiosk?
For rugged outdoor durability, we recommend 5052 Aluminum (excellent corrosion resistance and heat dissipation) or 304 Stainless Steel. For coastal areas with salt spray, 316 Stainless Steel is mandatory. We advise against standard Cold Rolled Steel for outdoor use unless it is zinc-plated and heavily powder-coated, as any scratch can lead to rust.
