Dette giver en ekstrem, mikroskopisk pr\u00e6cision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fremstilling af metalplader<\/strong> er en helt anden proces, hvor man sk\u00e6rer flade plader ud og presser dem med tunge V-formede matricer for at tvinge dem til at b\u00f8je sig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e5r man g\u00f8r dette, str\u00e6kkes metallet. Det vrider sig. Det har en naturlig tendens til at springe tilbage til sin oprindelige form. Men n\u00e5r du pr\u00f8ver at skrue l\u00e5get fast p\u00e5 bunden, passer hullerne ikke sammen \u2013 de er en br\u00f8kdel af en tomme for langt fra hinanden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Man kan ikke skrue skruerne i med magt. Man tager en boremaskine for at udvide hullerne, hvilket \u00f8del\u00e6gger lakeringen. Produktionen g\u00e5r helt i st\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dette er et klassisk mareridt i forbindelse med samling. Det sker som regel, fordi en konstrukt\u00f8r har glemt, at b\u00f8jet metal udvider sig under produktionen. Velvalgte tolerancer forhindrer dette problem.
